Townhouse Inspection + Sewer Scope

Service Description

A townhouse inspection is, for the most part, an interior-only inspection. Exterior components (generally covered by the HOA) are excluded from the inspection. Exceptions to this would be the exterior AC condenser, electrical service and receptacles, elevated decks, garage doors, and attic spaces (when accessible). This option also includes a sewer scope included in this option. For this evaluation, we will insert a camera into the home’s lateral sewer line and video the integrity and condition of the pipe. Barring any damage or excessive length we will run the camera until the connection to the city main. A written report and video will be delivered by the end of that service day.
