Cost of Services
Residential Home Inspection
Each home and each inspection is different. There are multiple factors that will determine the cost of the inspection. Home size, age, type of property, and discounts will determine the cost of the inspection. At Katz Family Home Inspection our goal is to provide uncompromising quality at the most affordable price.
In our initial conversation, we will be able to give you a quote on the cost of your inspection. After our call ends, we will deliver the quote, in writing, along with a pre-inspection agreement. The agreement, along with the price quote gives you the scope and details of what the inspection covers.
Richard Katz is licensed by the State of Minnesota, certified by the AARST and NRPP, and trained by Spruce Training and ECAN, LLC. ECAN is recognized by the EPA and one of the main training bodies for testers in the united states.
The 48-hour test can be scheduled with in the buyers contingency period, with the results and report delivered by the end of the final day of testing.
Testing costs: $175.00
When bundled with a home Insp.: $150.00
Sewer line repairs can easily be one of the most costly repairs a homeowner could face. Having the lateral line videoed and analyzed prior to closing is an extremely prudent step. Katz Family Home Inspection and Richard Katz hold certification from Inspector Mentoring and the InterNachi School.
This service includes the site visit, video capture of the sewer line, and a written report of the findings.
