Townhouse Inspection +Radon Test

Service Description

A townhouse inspection is, for the most part, an interior-only inspection. Exterior components (generally covered by the HOA) are excluded from the inspection. Exceptions to this would be the exterior AC condenser, electrical service and receptacles, elevated decks, garage doors, and attic spaces (when accessible). This option also includes a radon test. Depending on the scheduling of the appointment, we will either drop off a continuous radon monitor (CRM) 48-hours prior to the home inspection or the day of the inspection. Results from this test will be delivered in a separate report.
