Service Description
A townhouse inspection is, for the most part, an interior-only inspection. Exterior components (generally covered by the HOA) are excluded from the inspection. Exceptions to this would be the exterior AC condenser, electrical service and receptacles, elevated decks, garage doors, and attic spaces (when accessible).
