Residential Insp. + Radon + Sewer Scope

Service Description

A residential home inspection is a comprehensive, visual inspection of the home’s systems and components. We evaluate all areas of the home’s interior, exterior, and mechanical components. Some items are disclaimed from the inspection and will be noted in your inspection agreement. This option also includes a radon test. Depending on the scheduling of the appointment, we will either drop off a continuous radon monitor (CRM) 48 hours prior to the home inspection or the day of the inspection. Results from this test will be delivered in a separate report. Additionally, there is a sewer scope included in this option. For this evaluation, we will insert a camera into the home’s lateral sewer line and video the integrity and condition of the pipe. Barring any damage or excessive length we will run the camera until the connection to the city main. A written report and video will be delivered by the end of the service day.
